There was a pivotal moment in my career trajectory, as President of General Discount Stores, when one of our most lucrative retail locations was replaced by a big box retailer.
It was then that I recommitted to my forever passion – real estate. With thoughtful criteria and analysis, I’ve been able to establish a portfolio of ambitious acquisitions.
Equally invested in the people behind the deal, my relationships with partners, brokers, lenders and tenants have been anchored by respect, loyalty and reliability.
Our size and autonomy make us quicker and nimbler than some of the bigger guys, and I pride myself on consistency, transparency and efficiency. We value quick turnarounds and collaborative deal making. The speed and care with which we respond to tenant concerns has disrupted traditional property management and revitalized the landlord/tenant dynamic.
As we scale our acquisitions and regional footprint, we remain dedicated to creating accessibility and opportunities for connection, by bringing new businesses where they create most value.
